The Milk Bar Breastfeeding/Pumping Moms’ Group
The Lehigh Valley Breastfeeding Center is excited to bring you our breastfeeding/pumping moms’ group, The Milk Bar! In-person Milk Bar meetings are held every first and third Tuesday of the month from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM EST.
Our in-person meeting is a free group for breastfeeding/chestfeeding moms, pumping moms, or moms-to-be who might have questions about latching, positioning, pumping, storing milk, hand expression, or anything else you can think of! There’s also a scale available if you would like to weigh your baby or do a full weighted feed. The group is run by Ronee Welch, who is one of our IBCLCs.
Please feel free to also join our Milk Bar Breastfeeding/Pumping Moms group on Facebook, where you can chat with the LVBC staff and other mamas at any time! You can ask/answer questions, talk with others, and just be part of a fun, interactive group!

In order to join our free Milk Bar meetings, you’ll need to pre-register below.

Please be advised that there is a 10 person limit for our in-person meetings.
Masks are optional for the in-person meetings. You also do not need to call upon arrival. Simply meet us upstairs in the LVBC room (door on the right).
* If you’re in pain, fearful you’re not producing enough milk, your baby is losing weight, or your baby seems unsatisfied at the breast, call 610-366-7676 to set up an appointment with one of our wonderful IBCLCs!
