Our team is unique and our providers  include: International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs), Breastfeeding Medicine Specialists/Pediatricians, Certified Lactation Counselors (CLCs) and a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS).  Involving our experienced pediatric physicians, allows our center to bill your insurance company directly for both you and your baby's care.  You will both be assessed and leave with an agreed upon plan of care to improve your feeding experience.

International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs)


Kenneth Toff, DO FAAP IBCLC

Kenneth Toff is the first Lehigh Valley Pediatrician to be designated an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).  He is also a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine (ABM), International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA), United States Lactation Consultant Association (USLCA). Dr. Toff is also qualified to care for children with tethered oral tissues (tongue tie) as a member of the International Association of Tongue Tied Professionals (IATP).  As the founder of Children's HealthCare and the Medical Director of the Lehigh Valley Breastfeeding Center, Dr. Toff is a strong breastfeeding advocate, providing all new mothers with breastfeeding guidance and support to ensure the lifelong benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby. 



Lora Steffie is one of only a few local IBCLCs, who is also a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.  Lora earned her Nurse Practitioner Degree in Women's Health, to compliment our pediatric experts on-staff, from Drexel University. Lora is the Director of the Lehigh Valley Breastfeeding Center.  She is also a Certified Childbirth Educator.  Lora is a member of Prepared Childbirth Educators, United States Lactation Consultant Association (USLCA), the International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) and the International Association of Tongue Tied Professionals (IATP).    Lora is also the founder and leader of Milk & Coffee New Mom's Support Group.

Laurie Cohen, DO FAAP CLC

Laurie Cohen completed her breastfeeding training with Healthy Children's Center and became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).  A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, Dr. Cohen finds great satisfaction is knowing her pediatric patients have a great basis for lifelong health when breastfeeding is initiated in the newborn period.  Dr. Cohen feels there are few things more rewarding than helping a mother with her breastfeeding experience.

Tracy Kramer, MSN CRNP CLC

Tracy Kramer is a Family Nurse Practitioner that recently attended the Healthy Children's Center Program and became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).  This certification has allowed Tracy to advocate more for her newborn patients, while educating parents on the best breastfeeding practices.  Tracy is an invaluable resource to our team, as both a NP and CLC. Tracy has been with Children's HealthCare as a NP for over 15 years and is excited to be a part of the LVBfC.

Anna Linderman, MD FAAP CBS

Anna Linderman was raised in Russia, so she brings a unique perspective to breastfeeding women, one where breastfeeding is more readily seen as the natural way to feed a baby.  Dr. Linderman has completed Lactation Education Resources training to become a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS).  Dr. Linderman loves helping new moms.
